Not impressed

The strap is so hard to snap into my pocket that by the time I finally warmed it up I was afraid to even take it, I lasted 4 hours with it in my pocket. I then put the strap around my neck and it was there for about 45 seconds before the case fell off. Apparently the case has no give, sort of a barley walk on the phone.
