Review on ☕ Keurig Mini Reusable K Cup with Adapter: Durable, Easy-to-Use, and Convenient - Pack of 2 + Adapter by Eric Wright

Firstly I think the thing is well made in the sense that it doesn't fall apart, but we'll talk about quality later. After opening the filters and using them several times, I turned to Delibre. How did their adapter differ from the one in the Mini? The adapter looked the same as the one already in the Keurig Mini. Delibru agreed (see 1st photo). The? Why? Apparently I spent a few dollars on an unnecessary adapter. If you have a Keurig Mini, you do not need this adapter. It's been a few years since I've had a regular Keurig, but I doubt you need an adapter for that either. At the bottom of the filter there is a gap between the bottom of the wire mesh basket and the bottom of the plastic. That's both good and bad. This is good because it prevents accidental piercing of the wire mesh on the needle underneath and destroying the filter. It also eliminates the black plastic adapter. This is bad because it also prevents the basket from accommodating 2 full tablespoons of coffee (see 2nd and 3rd images with 2 tablespoons overflowing). I love strong dark coffee and this tones it down a bit. The foam on this coffee also looked a bit strange (see 5th photo). Another problem I encountered was over-grinding the coffee (see photo 4). I know chicken wire isn't as fine as paper. the lid does not close completely due to the plastic hinge (see 6th picture). It certainly creates more mess than the regular K-Cup. Bottom line: the filter works, but if I had to choose again I definitely wouldn't buy this adapter pack, but limited grind capacity and leaking baskets are reasons I probably wouldn't buy this filter myself.
