Review on Quid by Mike Campbell

I like that you can do so much in one place for your marketing team or client's needs/desires - it helps us keep everything organized as well since we have multiple clients who use this product daily (and sometimes hourly).

There are some things about their customer service department which could be improved but overall they've been great working alongside them over time now too many years together; always willing & able when needed though there isn't any need usually unless something goes wrong outside my control :).
