We have to agree with other reviewers. I think it does the job on point. Unfortunately, with the screen at full brightness (or more than 50% brightness), the person sitting next to you will most likely be able to see your screen. I'm not sure if 60 degrees is accurate. Luckily where I am every day there is a seat between me and the next person so they have a steeper viewing angle (75-80 degrees). As another reviewer mentioned, at lower screen brightness you lose the absolute clarity associated with a Macbook screen. I'm willing to sacrifice that so people don't look at the screen. I would have liked clearer installation instructions. I'm having trouble figuring out if I needed to apply adhesive strips to the sides or along the top of the screen. The cut/fit of this filter is top notch. It fits perfectly on a 12" Macbook and does not block the FaceTime camera.
