Product was damaged
I have been using this cleaning product for years and love it. But when I opened this product and pumped it up to wash my face a bit, the liquid was black and smelled oddly metallic. Having used the product before, I knew it should be blue. There is something wrong with the pump mechanism or the product that has caused it to turn black. I have never had this problem with a Glytone product and am very upset. The product was completely sealed so I'm not sure what happened. I would like to request that they send me a refund or a new bottle.
