Review on AKG N700NC M2 Wireless Headphones, Active Noise Cancelling - Black (US Version), 2.6, Model: GP-N700HAHCIWA by Samsung by James Oconnor

I bought these devices for work as I work from home and like to listen to music on my computer and make/receive calls from my phone. They are advertised as being able to connect to two devices at the same time to provide that very feature. tl;drSimultaneously listening to devices does not work at all. I wouldn't recommend it at all if you need it. Phone: Samsung S9+ Laptop: Asus Vivobook. The first set I had didn't even turn on. I charged them for 24 hours in case the battery runs out. The charging light came on, but when I flipped the switch to turn it on, the lights didn't come on and my phone or computer couldn't find them to connect. When connected with the additional cable, the call and sound quality was excellent. I exchanged them and they sent me another set. The second set I received really turned me on. I charged it and plugged it into my computer and cell phone. Looks good so far. I was playing music on my computer and it just stuttered the whole time. Pausing on my computer and playing music on my phone had the same results. The music stuttered all the time. I tried my luck with the phone call and it was impossible to speak because of the stuttering. This only worked if I unplugged the headphones from one of my devices and left the others plugged in. Thinking I would need to update the firmware, I connected to the AKG app. No matter what I did, the app didn't show the headphones. I've tried audio on my wife's computer and the same thing - constant stuttering when connected to her laptop and my phone. It worked, but it didn't, I decided to exchange them again. The third set arrives and I hook it up to my laptop and phone. I play music and PRAISE ALL SAINTS NOT TO STUTTER. Calling sounds great. Switching between both devices is seamless and I remember exactly why I needed these headphones. AKG recognized them only after a comprehensive revision. Once it was connected I could set it up the way I wanted and my music sounds in a whole new way. * Spongebob memes five days later * Headphones started stuttering again. The only solution is to disconnect one of the devices. If they weren't for work I wouldn't care, but since they are I need a simultaneous connection. They're great if you don't need that advertised feature. Since they can't offer that I'll be returning them and looking for a different set altogether and probably staying away from AKG.
