Reliable headphones fit the can

These are solid headphones that offer excellent value for money. The sound signature follows the Harman curve, a profile that many listeners prefer. Enough bass to be fun without being overwhelming. Solid mids and highs. My only complaint is that the high frequencies get a bit harsh in complex pieces of music. The ear pads are comfortable but not huge. The build quality is decent, although almost everything is made of plastic.

Pros
  • Top marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Periodicity

Would love to keep it but couldn't because it's uncomfortable to wear

In general there's nothing to comment as it's a versatile product that beats wireless ANC headphones (sound quality) in almost every aspect performs well (though not the best). , connectivity, ease of use). I personally recommend the NC700 if it doesn't cause pain in the cranial and upper ear area, and especially if you have a Samsung phone that supports the scalable codec.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Expensive

You will not be disappointed!

Great headphones. The sound quality is fantastic. The app for EQ is great. Some people complain that they are small, I think I have a pretty big head and wear them 6-7 hours a day at my desk at work with no problem. I wish you could turn on ANC. turned off, but that is not so important. I don't feel the "push" I get from other ANC headphones, so I don't feel like they tire my ears like other ANC headphones do. If you can get them for the right price I highly recommend them.

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Out of fashion

Incredible quality and style. Intentionally limited.

Used it like new for $90 and I love it! They are more compact than expected but still fit comfortably. The sound quality is incredible, especially with lossless audio. As with all headphones, the bass isn't perfect, but there's so much you can do to mimic a decent subwoofer with a driver of this size, and AKG has done a phenomenal job. There are no dedicated play/pause or skip buttons, but the volume buttons are conveniently located. Active noise cancellation (ANC) is great! It works very well,

I have both GEN1 and CM2 from AKG-N700, I will compare them.

I have both GEN1 and CM2 of AKG-N700, I will compare them. this design). CM2 has stronger clamping force. The CM2 comes with a slightly thicker shell which gives the CM2 a much stronger head grip making the CM2 much more road/travel orientated. For long sitting sessions I prefer GEN-1. The GEN-1 has more cup room and the lower clamping force makes it unnecessarily comfortable on long sessions, although I know I had to hold my head up to drink water. The CM2 comes with a smaller cache package…

Side-by-side comparison with Sony and Bose

I also have a tried and tested Sony WH-1000 mk3, and a limited edition Skull Candy Crusher 360 without noise reduction, and famous Audio Technica ATX-M50X studio monitors. I also had at least 6 other headphones from Sennheiser, B&W etc (yes I collect audio gear). I fly very often with American Airlines and from time to time I get an upgrade to their Business Class Transcon A322T where AA passes on a Bose Quiet Comfort 35 for use. So in one flight I brought in the 4 pairs of cans I mentioned…

Connecting devices simultaneously does not work

I bought these devices for work as I work from home and like to listen to music on my computer and make/receive calls from my phone. They are advertised as being able to connect to two devices at the same time to provide that very feature. tl;drSimultaneously listening to devices does not work at all. I wouldn't recommend it at all if you need it. Phone: Samsung S9+ Laptop: Asus Vivobook. The first set I had didn't even turn on. I charged them for 24 hours in case the battery runs out. The…

Pros
  • Amazing
Cons
  • Unreliable

I'll start with a positive. The sound quality of these headphones is amazing. Even without adjusting the equalizer, high-quality music is played back clearly and distinctly. In a quiet room, in a comfortable chair, and with your favorite album, you'll be amazed at what AKG was able to do for the price of a Bluetooth connection. As other reviewers have pointed out, the noise-cancelling effect isn't strong compared to competing models from Bose or Sony. I'll say this: These aren't the headphones…

Disappointment in headphones

The only reason I bought these headphones was because they were recommended as one of the best for use with Samsung TVs. And since AKG is a Samsung company, that's to be expected. My old Best Buy branded headphones worked great with my Samsung TV and connected to Bluetooth automatically, unlike a pair of Sony Bluetooth headphones. They had good range and battery life, and cost just over $50. So why would I buy headphones that cost almost $200?!? I don't know what happened, but eventually the…
