It's one of the easiest to use, best customer service, and most cost-effective tools I have used since joining Cofense. The ability for a single user to be able to do mass actions with multiple clients is very helpful for our organization. They also have a great customer service department that's fast and reliable. I would highly recommend Cofense to anyone looking to improve their customer base. I have found that with Cofense we are able to improve our customer base as well as grow our client list. We know who our clients are, and we can ensure that the Cofense solution is working as intended. We have used them for about 5 years now in production environments with no problems at all - they helped us solve some of those nasty customer support/support ticketing situations that we were having by providing expert advice through phone calls or emails whenever necessary (if it was minor things). Nothing really specific as I'm sure there is something out their you don't use! But just do your homework before hiring someone else instead if this service fits what exactly?
