Great Hosting / Account Management Service
The customer service is amazing! They are always willing to help when needed most especially with any issues I have had in regards to my account or billing information for that matter they get back right away!! Everything has been great so far but like anyone else there will be some bumps along the way of course nothing major just normal business stuff you would expect from running your own small IT department (which we do). We use them as our web host which allows us access control over all aspects of their services via API's etc.
Pros
- Fast, reliable servers.
- Ease setting up an environment without having too much technical knowledge required
- Allows me full flexibility within hosting environments such security controls,
- Support team very helpful even though it was after hours at times :)
Cons
- Not the best
