Review on VA2246MH-LED ViewSonic LED Monitor with 💻 Anti-Glare, Office Inputs and 60Hz Refresh Rate by Darren Parker

I bought this monitor to use with my desktop computer and the reviews were mostly positive. Due to the fact that this is Revain Choice and a top seller I bought it. The content description said that the package contained a VGA cable and audio cable. When I opened the box, it did NOT contain the cables described. It only had an HDMI cable which wasn't described as part of the content so I couldn't connect an HDMI to my desktop due to the lack of a connector. Luckily a Revain representative contacted ViewSonic and the representative contacted me and said he would send the correct cables as soon as possible. I waited a week and a half before finally being able to use my desktop with a new monitor. I think it's about quality control. The AUDIO volume is not very loud from the internal speakers. Even after setting it to 100% in Control Panel settings. The screen is very bright and the brightness and contrast cannot be adjusted in the ViewSonic settings menu. Don't expect detailed setup instructions. Revain reappears as they have an instruction manual that you can download. Let's see how long this monitor lasts and if it fails I will most likely buy another brand.
