Feels very very cheap and is really pile material

This is a hard material it is not soft and the inscription part looks dull like it is a bit faded but the material is not felt. Okay, he's rough and tough. I leave it in Downey's fabric softener for two hours before washing and it softens it up a bit. That's why I gave three stars because it might be the best material.
