Review on πŸ–¨οΈ Enhanced ANYCUBIC Photon Monochrome 3D Printer for Optimal Printing by Chuck Chen

Great printer, great quality!

UPDATE: 06/07/21 This printer is fantastic! Excellent quality and very solid construction. The prints come out fantastic straight away once everything is up and running. I highly recommend if you buy one of these or any other resin printer, invest in a screen protector lest you end up like me The first day of ownership the print failed so badly that it punctured the FEP and shattered the screen. Luckily, Anycubic guaranteed the device and sent me replacement parts very quickly. I will say that the Wi-Fi feature on this printer is practically useless, it only interacts with the mobile app which is currently ONLY for iOS mobile devices (especially phones) and really allows you to pause and resume printing see the remaining time, that's it. Which isn't really worth figuring out how to set up, which requires you to write a specific text document using your network credentials, then plug a flash drive with that file into the printer, print, and select a file, THEN it presents a connect to your network. The device initially fails to connect to your network, so there's no custom menu for adding Wi-Fi. Also a note: if you're printing large objects with this machine, keep a close eye on the resin level as it can't tell when you're running low on resin. I will definitely update my review once it's back online. . The build quality of the machine is amazing, super large build plate, everything is made with really high quality materials. Unfortunately my first print within 6 hours of receiving mine was so bad that it put a hole in the FEP, punctured the screen and had tar all over it. So yeah, no real review yet. I was able to get in touch with anycubic who were very cool and helped me get spares and fix the printer myself. So once I get a successful print I'll double check. Looking back, finding and buying a screen protector is a MUST for any resin printer to protect that investment. Setting up the wireless network is different and doesn't tell you very well what to do. Thankfully Reddit came to the rescue and I found several threads on how to set this up, much to my chagrin the Anycubic app only works for iOS mobile devices so its ability to connect to the internet is completely useless to me. except for this awesome thing!
