Review on ORE International R685NA Chrome Natural by Lisa Collins

I'm double checking my online order to make sure I haven't ordered the wrong item. I ordered the wood color "Nature" and received "Oak". I have a black base instead of "Natural". BTW the posts get their color by wrapping/covering them with sticky paper (you know you can buy this thing in a roll and people stick it in the bottom of the boxes). I remember this sticky paper from the 1960s. The top handles are black, not "natural" or "oak". I will NOT put all of these parts back in the box and pay for shipping. I mean it's a $40 item. So I thought I'd take it. Oak handle, black base, black handles with bits of that cheap silver stuff, you know that plastic stuff that peels off easily. These parts are used to cover the screw hole at the top of the base and are used between the bars that are screwed together. (The stem consists of 3 parts.) The part shown on the line used to create the bottom handle set is also different. Lead is cheap silver that peels. I hope if you cover yourself with your coat etc you really can't see it. Details of at least 3 different hanger styles/colors.
