I love these yoga pants for the fabric feel, fit, color and functionality! I used them for running and training. During runs and workouts they stayed in place and I didn't have that uncomfortable feeling of sweating because they were definitely breathable. And for daytime errands, pockets are a plus so you can keep your phone with you. In terms of exercise, I'd say your phone can stay in your pocket if you're not doing anything intense, but I wouldn't recommend putting your phone in your pocket while running. I've tested them with multiple stretchers and they have good flexibility. They're also definitely knee-high, not see-through at all. I definitely recommend these yoga pants, they are great quality for the price, they can definitely be compared to more expensive yoga pants!
