I wish I could give this one negative star but I can't. First, the hair is very thin, and the strands are voluminous. After washing my hair to get rid of the terrible fishy smell, my hair color changed. It's definitely not a natural black and even has some red undertones. To top it off I ordered 14,16,18 and got exactly 12,12,14. The length is not what they claim and the hair is not of very good quality. This company lies about how the hair is good and definitely shouldn't be used more than once. I've already installed it, but I'm ready to take it out. Never again.
