Reliable strips proved to be the best adhesive for lower dentures, rating 5 . However, my last delivery was not the same product. After about an hour you will be left with a thick piece of fabric with very little glue. It's more like a pillow than glue. I don't need a pillow so I'm lowering my rating to a 3. I think it would be good for someone with sensitive gums.
