Firstly I would definitely buy this lamp again. I will probably use it as a bedside reading lamp in bed. This light can be adjusted to be very bright or low, and the angle of the lamp is fully adjustable, it even rotates on the base. This lamp is lightweight and folds for easy storage. Comes with dimmer and lamp timer, very versatile. Despite the brightness, the lamp is powered by a USB cable, so it consumes little electricity. I've used this on a drafting table and even after a while it doesn't get hot. I've had this problem before using bright lights to illuminate my work area. At first I was a little disappointed that there was no standard socket. But it connected to my phone's charging cable and worked fine. So if you don't have a spare Micro USB A/C adapter handy, this lamp won't be ready to use right away. I think they should have included one with the product, they are cheap. It comes with a micro to standard USB cable. What you can connect to a laptop, etc. also contains a standard. USB output for daisy chaining so you don't sacrifice the USB port as a whole.
