I hate dental floss. But I looked forward to this thread every evening. It seriously cleans your teeth and so much dirt comes out. I usually brush first and then floss, and I'm always amazed at how much dirt the floss picks up. Other thread brands and thread sets mean nothing to me compared to this thread. After every flossing session I feel like I just left the dentist, it's really amazing! BUT there are several reasons why this thread might cause you problems. If you have very closely spaced teeth with small gaps between them, this dental floss will easily break and/or get stuck between your teeth. Gentle grinding is personally worth the benefits to me. Also, there's only a very mild mint flavor, so don't expect minty breath afterwards. Otherwise it really is the best thread.
