This is nonsense, may I put 0*?

I bought this card on July 17 for 512 GB and put it in my phone on the 19th. Today, August 5th, it stopped working on my phone. I tried different adapters on my PC and laptop. They say it's corrupt and my phone says it's unreadable and wants to reformat it. Not even a full 3 weeks of use. Garbage! Stick with a well-known brand.
