The package arrived on time. One of the transmitters was not working upon arrival. I received and changed the battery and it worked like a charm. When my dog got used to using it for boarding it started raining then we had 8 inches of snow and he died. I've been looking for someone to email me so I can exchange them, but I can't find any information. I've really lived the product and would love to give it a second chance, so I'm hoping someone gets in touch! Also, someone suggested using velcro to stick it to permanent surfaces in case you use the batteries that way need replacing as they are located on the back and that was a great idea! Before that we taught him to ring bells, he used them for 6 months. I hung the doorbell right where he used to have his nose. So it only took my dog a day to figure out what to do to get outside. He's never had to call to get in and I braced myself for when the screen door would be operational so it took longer for him to call to get in, but consistency is key! in. Hopefully we can source a replacement and get it on board asap!
