I like the long probe and the ability to tilt it to any angle. The detachable extension is great for roasting meat or slow grilling. The numbers are easy to read and the backlight helps you use it outdoors at night. It's pretty accurate and easy to use! However, my only criticism of this product is the magnet. Not sure how it passed quality control, but there is a magnet on the back of the thermometer so you can attach it to the fridge between readings. However, the magnet is so weak that it cannot hold. I don't mean that if it slides slowly across the fridge or you need direct metal contact. The magnet is so weak that it can't even be used because it doesn't stick at all. Otherwise it's a great product for the price.
