I am a major customer. When I bought this product they sent me the wrong product. However, Revain sent me a replacement order and they sorted it out quickly. When the replacement came I was surprised to see that there were no markings on the box. There was no picture of the product on the box, just a brown box. Built in radio seems to work. I'm still trying to learn all the features. The wiring and other documentation is worse than I've ever seen on anything I've ever bought. While the wires are numbered, there is no indication of what color they are. I've also noticed that my phone stays connected to the radio even after it's turned off. There is nothing to explain how to use USB port, SD port. The backup camera cable was too short to reach the back of my long cab pickup and I also had to add an extension cable to connect to the backup lights. There is nothing to explain, how to set the clock, save presets on the radio and how little documentation there is. It's so tiny I needed a magnifying glass to see it. If you are looking for a very inexpensive radio that does a lot and doesn't need any help installing it or learning its features, this product may be for you. The radio in my truck sounds good, the screen was sharp, and it was tedious to set up and use.
