After drying these balls 5 to 6 times, the wool will come loose. I have been using balls of yarn for many years and this has never happened to me with any brand before. Balls are usually enough for a couple of years. I buy another brand. I updated the rating and added 1 star for customer service. The seller contacted me and offered to send a replacement or refund. That's good customer service! 2nd update: I never received a replacement. So my guess is that the seller just wanted me to change my rating and never intended to replace faulty dryer balls. The dry bulbs are now tossed in the trash and I return to my original review.
