The biggest problem with these HP laser printers is that the toner is WAY overpriced and the toner life does not match the expected number of pages. The quality of the printers is excellent. Certainly much better than my inkjet printers. New generation printers are more difficult to start and match color, but the cost of TONER! HOORAY. It really should be illegal to deceive us like this. And the claim that you can print 6,000 pages isn't even remotely true. What can I say? HP is holding us hostage. Don't bother with homemade toners. None of them were worth the savings, and these machines are more demanding than the average inkjet printer when it comes to what type of toner you use.
