If you are looking for stainless steel, don't waste your money. I bought these BECAUSE the description said "stainless steel" and I needed stainless steel pins to stretch the crafts for a client. After two large pieces of cross stitch were stretched out, I reached across the work table and knocked the magnet off the shelf. He landed about 6 inches from the pin container. The pins flew towards the magnet! Real SS pins wouldn't do that! Also, as other reviewers have pointed out, many have blunt tips and many have curved ones. The search for high-quality stainless steel pens continues. It will also take me a few hours (which I'll never get back) to re-stretch these cross stitches. And that's seriously overpriced for a fake SS!
