UPDATE 22nd September 2021 AFTER SLEEPING WITH THESE LENGTHS FROM FEBRUARY 2021 (See like other sheets I have. Bought a second set and about a third ***** ******************************************** *********** **************************************** ******************* I've finally found the perfect bedding for me!Previous sets of bedding I've bought were cotton sateen.They looked so smooth and flat in the store soft but they ended up not fitting me. For the record, I sleep HOT. I only wear a cotton sheet and duvet year-round and I live in an area where the winters can get cold. I have due Always bought 100% cotton sheets because of their breathability (I don't like synthetic fabrics, no matter how soft they are), but I kept waking up in the middle of the night gets up in the heat. Also, my satin sheets didn't hold up at all. I ended up crying and crying within three seconds. etc. So I researched the types of sheets and settled on cotton percale. I liked the descriptions I read that they are breathable, cool and fresh. I then went to Revain.com and found them while looking for highly rated cotton percale bedding. I love that they are made from American Pima cotton. I'm so glad I gave them a chance! Firstly, while this doesn't say anything about the quality of the sheet, the packaging is very pretty and even includes a laundry bag that can be used for a variety of things. It will be very presentable as a gift. After opening the package, I immediately washed the sheets (using regular detergent only, no fabric softener or anything special) and laid them on the bed. I was really excited to go to bed to try them out that night and when I did they were so comfortable! Yes, they are not as silky smooth as satin or synthetic curtains. But they're still soft, crunchy and cool - the perfect descriptive words. I've slept with them for two nights and never woke up in the heat! I definitely buy cotton percale and I'm very excited to see which sheets can help me sleep better. They get pretty wrinkled, but I don't care. I personally like how it looks comfy, lived in bed, so it doesn't bother me. I've never ironed a sheet in my life and I'm not going to start! For those who prefer a more perfect wrinkle-free bedding, you probably won't like this one. All in all I am very happy with my purchase! To top it all off, the light gray goes perfectly with my new curtains in my bedroom. Also, the price is very reasonable compared to many cotton percale kits I've looked at. Can't tell how these sheets will hold up after multiple washes and uses, but so far so good.
