Overall happy with purchase and delivery. We bought two of these boxes; a red fire truck for our 2.5 year old grandson and a yellow school bus for our 5 year old granddaughter who is starting kindergarten this year. They are charming and functional. We wrapped the little gifts and put everything in these cute storage boxes. It will be a lot of fun to see our grandchildren's faces on Christmas morning to discover a cool gift seat that can later be used to store toys or other things. The sides of the box appear to be fabric-covered cardboard, like most fabric boxes these days. The seat is soft and feels very hard. The box is reinforced to make it a durable storage box. Everything folds down into a seat/cover, making it an efficient way to pack into Nana and Grandpa's house car (or the Christmas toys it's carrying). Additional note: when it arrived I took it out of the box and it looked small but it was true to size. It's the same height but slightly narrower and slightly longer than one of my smaller banker document boxes. I imagine this could be a fun gift box. Box as an additional gift. Add a firefighter uniform for kids who are in the dressing phase. Or a gift box for kids starting kindergarten or first grade, filled with some school supplies, etc.
