I love the variety of workouts this pack offers. £26 might not sound like a lot but as soon as I got the box I knew I was in for a GOOD challenge. For those just starting out, you may want to lighten up to perform the exercises more fluidly. I carry my bag in the trunk and take it to the park, the beach or the gym.
