I absolutely LOVE this product! They are made of very good silicone and are easy to put on and take off thanks to the loop handle. They are also easy to clean and dry. I use mine in the shower as I usually end up in it for 20-45 minutes. These balls gain weight, so your muscles will get stronger as you use the set. So far I've been using them for almost two weeks and I can feel the difference in my muscles. This is a great product!
