I like how easy it was to create my own custom dashboards, as well as use existing templates for analysis.

The ability of creating multiple reports in one dashboard would be very helpful if there were more options available (think Excel). Also having a better way to customize graphs could help with customization needs without being limited by preset graph types or colors only offered through third parties such as Tableau Public/SharePoint Services Dashboard Template Library. We are using Topo's service now because we needed an additional tool to analyze our data set.
