Last Christmas I bought stuffed animals for my nieces and decided to put collars on the toys so the kids wouldn't mix them up. As it turns out, they're the perfect size and come in an attractive variety of colors, so they pounced on them. The buckles are very strong and I'm pretty sure a child won't accidentally undo them (although I'm not in a position to tell if you're worried about choking). This is probably an unconventional view for many. People looking at this product as I think most of them are dog breeders. However, if you're one of those people like me who's curious about adding a little extra personality to some stuffed animals, you'll do the job just fine.
