The chair is comfortable and I like the way it looks but 2 of the 4 screws that attach to the back did not go in properly. One stopped spinning too early and the other just spins in place. With that in mind, I feel generous with 4 stars, but the back seems sturdy. I'll try to remember to update this review if I end up having problems with my chair back, but for now at least I like it. Update: One of the levers was originally too loose, but now it's too loose and I can't figure out how to tighten it. The bolts on the sides of the seat need to be tightened periodically to keep the seat stiff and not rattle. Based on the product I received I would not recommend this chair although it is comfortable.
