Simple and very functional. We attached it (with airbag) to my wife's walking stick as she often forgets where it is! TO UPDATE. All of the above is correct, but we found a problem. Well, actually a few. 1) The silicone lip that keeps the tag in place looks great, but if the holder and tag hit the ground (which can happen when attached to a stick) the tag can pop out. This happens twice. Once in the restaurant, once in the courtyard. 2) The o-ring clamp can open with the right hit and the entire unit will fall off. It also happened twice. The solution is to replace it with a round key ring holder. 3) Because the holder is closed at the back, the overall volume of the tag is reduced. They eventually replaced it with a leather holder that had a latch to hold it in place and was open at the front and back. When he beeps, he's much easier to hear now.
