I've been using Frog Fuel and Provide Goal for over a year now. I love it. Provide Gold contained 15 grams of protein per 1 ounce. ProT Gold is essentially the same product but now with 17.5 grams of protein per ounce plus the newly added 3 grams of arginine and other improvements, the more the merrier.
