I love these bags! They made reorganizing my house so easy and took my stress away. I've seen reviews that said their pockets were ripped or broken - nothing like that for me! As long as you follow the instructions and are wise with your luggage, you'll be fine. The only reason I gave four stars is that out of all the bags I only had one whose zipper couldn't cover the very short strip down the middle. It looks like the production didn't completely separate the plastic there so the other side can be attached. But that's a very small area, and in fact it was still sealed. I didn't bother using the pump on this bag because I figured it wouldn't stay, but I squeezed the bag anyway to let the air out and when I put it back into storage a month later, it puffed up not up again. I definitely recommend these bags.
