You need to find screws long enough to work!
The plate did not come with mounting screws and the screws that come with most plastic plates are too small to use. This panel is good, but it's a lot thicker than regular wall panel, so the panel screws don't usually work. That's good, but figuring out which screws to get was a pain. At least in my area.
