An Upsetting and Discouraging Experience with INSEN

I am a first-time mother, and I was thrilled to learn about INSEN and their extensive collection of products for both pregnant women and babies. My interaction with the business, which was unfortunate, ended up being underwhelming. Even though they have a wide selection of products, I didn't think the craftsmanship was very good. The maternity pillow I bought became useless after only a few uses, and the stroller and car seat I bought were both difficult to put together and didn't seem to be made of very durable materials. To make circumstances even more intolerable, INSEN's lackluster customer service only added insult to injury. My attempts to return these goods were met with resistance, and I was given conflicting information. The procedure for returning the item was difficult, and I ended up having to pay for return delivery. On the whole, based on my observations and experiences, I am unable to endorse INSEN. Although they may have a large selection to choose from, both the standard of the products and the assistance provided to customers left much to be desired. As a woman who was giving birth for the first time, I had high hopes for my experience but was eventually let down.

Pros
  • Strollers and vehicle seats both come equipped with superior safety features.
Cons
  • Some goods might be challenging to put together.
