I saw these bubbles in a must have for travel Buzzfeed article. We were visiting family in Europe and I knew there would be many walks. After my heel cracked after a 10 minute walk in fancy shoes for a special evening, I placed one of these on a blister pack and followed the directions on the box, which said not to touch it until it started falling off. It was a small but painful blister and after putting one of these pads on I completely forgot about it until after 3 days it started falling off. I was SHOCKED at the amount of meanness he pulled from such a small bubble and was mildly disgusted. I was surprised that in the 3 days I wore this thing I ran almost 20 miles and felt nothing. He healed amazingly quickly and will always have them handy.
