I like it, especially for such a price. Some reviews mention that the water pressure is too high and I'd say it's perfect, but I might be biased considering I like the full flow of water in the shower. If the pressure is too much for you, you can simply mix the hose and main head in half for a lower pressure with additional surface area. It's nice to be able to mix two devices (stick and head) as some devices contain either one or the other. It comes with the tools needed for installation. However, I recommend having channel locks and an adjustable wrench handy to actually turn the connections. Also, I was skeptical about the strength of the wand holder as it seemed flimsy to me, but after installing it I was very surprised at its strength and will continue with time. As mentioned by many other comments, use lots of teflon on each connection as there may be some leakage from the device. After reassembly it leaked profusely from the threads of the pipe and hose connection, but after several coats of teflon and the help of channel locks to tighten it worked perfectly.
