Easy to install and works great. Love the idea of mounting the hand help on the shower wall instead of next to the shower head. Much more convenient.

Teflon tape and tightening didn't help. Water splashes EVERYWHERE! UPDATE: Had to put in a rubber gasket. A little extra teflon tape and everything works fine now. 🙂 2. UPDATE: It's been a week and now it's splashing and dripping again. ☹

Too much water! I'm not a fan of restrictive shower heads, but it's like sticking a fire hose in a wall. For the first time in 15 years I literally ran out of hot water trying to heat the shower to full power, after 10 minutes I drained all the water.

I love this shower set, the only problem I have is that the product description doesn't state that the shower head has no slots for water distribution and the shower head is just small in those basically everything is the same. Otherwise not a bad buy for the price

I bought this to put in my guest bathroom. Very easy to install with only one adjustment with a water leak (maybe I didn't tighten something the first time). The water pressure is good for both the rain shower and the hand shower. I use the hand shower to wash the bathtub while cleaning. No leakage after 3 weeks of use. Definitely a good buy and keeper.

I like it but the only problem I have is water leakage. To reduce it, we stick Teflon tape on it. I read the reviews and it seems everyone has the same problem. Also for the price it's pretty good and looks really good in my soul. Great water pressure. Another issue is that one of the tools was not the right size to tighten the three-handle water regulator on the handheld shower hose. But I'm glad I bought it! Definitely get your money's worth.

I was looking for an easy to install and inexpensive option for a new shower head as mine doesn't have a manual shower head and I wanted to use it for bathing dogs. 15 minutes to assemble and my friend just needed a little more care to tighten everything to stop leaks. I'm 5ft 2in so I'm biased. I absolutely cannot reach the lever on the main shower head to adjust the jet settings. I have to climb to the edge of the tub if I ever want to switch from the main shower to the manual. 3 minutes in the shower when the water gets freezing cold. I like it, especially for such a price. Some reviews mention that the water pressure is too high and I'd say it's perfect, but I might be biased considering I like the full flow of water in the shower. If the pressure is too much for you, you can simply mix the hose and main head in half for a lower pressure with additional surface area.
