I'm 5ft 2in so I'm biased. I absolutely cannot reach the lever on the main shower head to adjust the jet settings. I have to climb to the edge of the tub if I ever want to switch from the main shower to the manual. 3 minutes in the shower when the water gets freezing cold. I have never showered with hot water since installing this shower head. This applies to both Basic and Manual. came with my flat, keeps warm for more than an hour! We used a lot of tape but it still drips where the pieces meet. I don't want to be too harsh because it's not a bad shower fixture at all, but I bought one for $25 that was pretty much the same and kept the water hot.
