Firstly, it's 2021, why doesn't this have detachable straps? The straps that came with it are too long so I couldn't pull them around my shoulders. And why is there a steel bone next to the hooks? Every time I put one on top of the other one opens, took me about 15 minutes to get inside. Another thing is I have another waist trainer from another company to compare with charms. The latex of the Charmans sneakers is too stretchy. I bought the smallest size and my waist is 23 inches. I didn't feel any compression in the waist even with foam and back. I really just wanted to say that whoever designed this should go back to the drawing board. Had very high expectations but very disappointed.
