Received a few days ago. So here are my first impressions. The camera has a very noisy matrix. A certain amount of noise can even be observed in direct sunlight. If the light is not very bright, for example in the forest, the video quality will be poor. The codec's compression is quite heavy, so the video isn't very clear. Coupled with the noise reduction, this means video isn't effective anywhere except in direct sunlight, even close to 1080p. The dynamic range is also very low. The battery life is very short. In fact, an SD card larger than 16GB is not needed since the battery will run out first anyway. Also, the battery is different from common Chinese cameras (SJ4000, 5000) or GoPro or whatever I know so I don't know where to get a replacement in the US. gives 16:9. That's the puzzle of how to combine them in the last video. However, on a sunny day, the camera is able to capture decent video.
