I recently had 3 broken arms and for some reason my body needed a little pressure on that area. Maybe arthritis will develop. This was a buy for me. You decide which glove to buy, it fits a little on my thin fingers so I don't wear it all the time. When needed, I put it on my wrist and wrap the band around my wrist until I reach my comfort level. I don't know if this glove will stretch after some time, it's too early to tell. The comfort obtained is ideal for me and I am very satisfied with this purchase. I hand wash it with soap and water in the evening and in the morning it's ready to use.
