As a hesitant buyer, I was expecting better results during hands-on tests. Though it has adjustable features, the Cozyel Suspension failed to provide a comfortable ride, unable to absorb the shocks adequately. As my tests showed, the stability of the suspension was inadequate to handle heavy-duty tasks, causing major drawbacks during the test runs. The only positive aspect was the ease of installation, but the cons outweigh the pros significantly. Overall, I would not recommend this suspension equipment for commercial vehicles.
