Answer: very bad. In fact, it has only one job: to connect a 3.5mm plug to a 2.5mm jack. Good.1. This is sold specifically for some Fuji cameras. I have an X-E3 which is in the list of cameras in the product description. The plastic around the 2.5mm connector (the end that goes into the camera) is so thick that when it's plugged in it blocks the adjacent HDMI port, so they can't be used at the same time. Excellent.2. The 3.5mm jack I'm going to plug the mic into has crappy quality control. When connecting a cable, only one channel is connected. When listening to recorded audio, there is only something in the right channel (left is mute), although I'm not sure if the audio recorded in the right channel is actually coming from the left or right mic. Both channels happen when the plug is pulled out a little (maybe half a mm). Stupid for a cable that literally has a function.
