YEVIOR provides subpar quality and customer service

I was very dissatisfied with my encounter with YEVIOR as a product manager. Their customer care was even worse than their subpar product quality. Many of the massage supplies and instruments I was given were of poor quality and did not perform as promised. I requested assistance from their customer service department, but I only received unhelpful and dismissive answers. They obviously weren't interested in aiding me in getting my problems resolved. Additionally, given the quality of some of their goods, the prices were much higher than I would have anticipated. Overall, I had a very bad experience with YEVIOR, and I wouldn't suggest them to anyone looking for premium wellness goods.
