I have had the opportunity to try and use some relatively inexpensive (less than $20) small battery operated handheld milk frother/blender. So I can say without reservation that the FoodVille MF05 is without a doubt the best product in terms of design and construction currently available in this price range. The MFO5 looks, feels, sounds and performs like a powerful "precision instrument" that (in my opinion) is definitely worth more than its price. The only negative I can point out is that (as other reviewers have pointed out) the power button is quite sensitive to the touch and you have to be careful when gripping the handle lest you accidentally turn it on. If you are aware of this problem, the device is very easy to handle and does its job perfectly. And yes, at least in early January 2020, FoodVille is offering an exceptionally generous gift with the purchase of an MF05 (in my case, I opted for the 12-ounce stainless steel frothing pitcher). I also realize that FoodVille is a company that takes customer feedback very seriously and of course strives for 100% customer satisfaction. This includes a prompt email response to any questions and concerns, and a generous replacement/refund when needed. From what I can understand from the past history of the MF05, this involves a redesign and new product development based on customer feedback. I would have no hesitation in purchasing this product and any other product this company sells in the future.
