Although the battery appeared to have a normal charge, the power button on the massage gun and the battery indicator on the gun were faulty. This happened with the first one I got and the replacement too. I paid more than the current price quoted on 10/02/19. I am very disappointed as I have several complaints that I wanted to improve with this item. Worse, now I'm waiting for a response from Revane about the discrepancy in the price of my refund. My original purchase was $30 more than when I ordered the replacement massager. While Revain states my return will be at a lower price. I was not informed of this when I ordered a replacement and I expect to be contacted about this absurd discrepancy.
