I replaced the hard-to-reach compression collar with a standard Port Freight stainless steel worm drive collar, which is affordable and greatly simplifies reassembly and future work. Now keep this new spare part ready as a backup in case it ever starts leaking again. PS: Over time, this hose can become uncomfortable due to the formation of mucus on the inside. Attention! It might be a good idea to run hot water from time to time, maybe add some white vinegar, whatever is recommended to keep the car clean inside. much luck.
